1 - customer has given up on the purchase: The customer has up to two days to give up on the purchase, they must get in touch and we will provide a coupon with the same amount spent that they can use on the website for future purchases.
2 - damaged piece: if any packaging arrives to the customer with any damage to the original piece, we request that photos be sent that will be evaluated and verified the intensity of the damage to the piece, if the damage to the piece is confirmed, it will be requested that the damaged originals be returned to us and once the damaged parts are received, new identical parts will be produced and sent back to the customer.
